Series History with Bucknell
The Peacocks and Bison will match-up for the 14th time ever since first meeting in 1994. The Peacocks trail the Bison 2-10-1 all-time and have dropped two in a row. The last time the Peacocks defeated the Bison, was during the 2007 season when Saint Peter's edged Bucknell 2-1 at home. The meeting was the last time that the two teams met in Jersey City.


Last Time We met the Bison
The teams last played in 2009, after meeting for five consecutive years from 2005 to 2009. The Bison took that meeting, 5-1. During the five-year series, the Peacocks posted a 2-3 record against the Bison which included one home and one road win.

Bucknell Scouting Report
Bucknell brings an even, 2-2-1 record into Tuesday's game. The Bison last played to a 1-1 draw with Robert Morris on Saturday. Nick King and Matt Thorsheim lead the team with four points each. King has scored his four points on two goals and Thorsheim has earned his four points via one goal and two assists.

Last Time Out
The Peacocks suffered a 2-0 loss to La Salle last Wednesday night in Philadelphia. The setback was the third in a row for the Peacocks after beginning the season 1-0-1.

The Peacocks kick-off MAAC play on Wednesday, September 27 at Marist. The start time will be 7pm.

Looking Back at 2016                                                              
Saint Peter's ended the 2016 season with a 3-13-2 record overall and a 2-8 record in the MAAC. The Peacocks finished the 2016 regular season atop of the conference in saves and saves per game. Goalkeeper, Jamie Cleland led the MAAC in saves and saves per game in his final season as a Peacock. Luke Fairlamb ended his career ranked in the league's top five in points, points per game, goals, goals per game, assists, and assists per game en route to spots on the All-MAAC First team and ECAC All-Star Frist team.


Looking Forward to 2017
The Peacocks return 13 players after losing 10 seniors from last season. Returning players who appeared and started in more than half of last season's games include Michael Crentsil, Davis Hocking, Gabrielle Bandelli, Rodrigo DaSilva, Ezequiel Cei, and Andrew Romero.


New Additions
The Peacocks may have lost 10 seniors after last season, but Richens added nine new student-athletes to the squad for the 2017 season. Robbie Anderson, Tom Coulson, Jordan Jowers, Dominic Laws, Anton Moore, Steve Parry, Jonathan Sandoval, Abdoulaye Sarr, and Phillip Smith join the lineup.

About the Coach
Julian Richens enters his seventh season in 2017 as the Peacocks head coach. In 2016, Richens led the Peacocks to a 1-0 win over MAAC powerhouse rival and defending regular season champion, Monmouth. The win over Monmouth was the first in program history with Monmouth as a member of the MAAC. The Peacocks also led the MAAC in saves and saves per game in 2016. Richens led Saint Peter's to a team-best seven wins with him at the helm in 2015, while the Peacocks also advanced to the MAAC Tournament. Richens has coached two All-MAAC first-team selection, five All-MAAC second-team honorees and one All-Rookie team selection in his tenure at Saint Peter's.
