JERSEY CITY, NJ - The Saint Peter's men's tennis team will end their fall season with a trip to Annapolis, MD to play in the Navy Gold Invite from Friday to Sunday, October 27-29. Other teams that will be competing include Binghamton, Longwood, Loyola (MD), Mount St. Mary's, host Navy, and Princeton. The men's team have a 1-2 overall record and a 0-1 record in the MAAC.
Last Time Out - The Peacocks earned their first dual match victory of the season and first sweep in over a year when they defeated Lafayette College on October 22. Hector Andres Jacome, John Oxner, Piotr Sowinski, Ivan Knezevic, Jonathan Paredes, and Ignacio Tintore all contributed to wins on the doubles court to earn the tandem point. Jacome, Oxner, Sowinski, Tintore, Douglas Nover, and Sebastian Ferrer all won on the singles court.
History - This will be the first time that Saint Peter's men's tennis will travel to Annapolis to compete in the Invitational.
