If it wasn't already clear that Saint Peter's university's men's basketball junior forward KC Ndefo was an elite defender, his current achievement has solidified it. Ndefo, the reigning MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, currently leads the nation in blocked shots per game (3.6 bpg) in addition to ranking third in total blocks (40) after previously ranking first in the latter category. The men's basketball's tilt scheduled for Friday, Jan. 22 at Siena College, has been flexed to air on ESPNU as part of the MAAC/ESPN Wildcard Game package, announced by the conference office.
