Freshman women's swimmer Efrat Marom had her best month in the pool thus far during the team's January meets with three individual event victories during that span. During the Peacocks' home tri-match against Siena and St. Francis Brooklyn, Marom earned two first-place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke with times of 1:00.52 and 2:11.17, respectively. The freshman also came in second place in the 200 yard freestyle against Lafayette earlier in the month, clocking in at 2:00.46. She contributed to the third-place finish in the 400-yard medley relay and second-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay against Monmouth and LIU, as well, to round out her stellar showing in the water last month.
