The Saint Peter's College Peacocks upset the Loyola Greyhounds this afternoon 4-3. The win puts the Peacock postseason fate in their own hands. A win over Rider on Tuesday and the Peacocks will advance to the MAAC Championships. They could also get in if Fairfield defeats Loyola tomorrow. In today's match, the Peacocks took all three doubles matches as Alex Frakes and Seba Barbero won at first singles, Charlie Carrera and Fabian Valdiviezo won at second doubles and Luccas Coutinho and Nik DeLima won at sixth singles. In singles action, Barbero won at second singles, Carrera won at third singles and De Lima won at sixth singles to get the victory. The Peacocks will conclude their regular season on Tuesday as they host Rider.
