Young's 3rd Place Finish Leads Peacock Cross Country

Sophomore Edwin Young posted a personal best 27:28 over the 8,000 meter course at Branch Brook Park, to capture third place overall at the NJIT Classic. He was closely followed by freshman Lance Weaver's time of 28:38, good for an 8^th place finish.

For the women, freshman Devon Carman posted a solid 21:31, to place 14^th. Jaleesa Dunlap ran 21:26 and was followed by Selena Marshali and Natalia Carvalho, running 21:49 and 21:51 respectively.

Both squads retun to action on October 5^th, at the Metropolitan Championships.
