The Saint Peter's Peacocks once again find themselves on top of the leaderboard, this time after day one of the ECAC Championships. The Peacocks hold a 3-shot lead over second place Army after shooting 290 on the first day.
Andrew Gain and Eric Edmunds are leading Saint Peter's after each posting a first round scored of 70 and are tied for first place in the tournament. Nick Dilio is tied for sixth after shooting a 73, while Brian Grubbs is tied for 10th with a first round score of 77.
"While I'm very pleased with our play today, we've held first place in our last two tournaments, said Head Coach Peter Falloon. "Navy is a very strong competitor and we'll need our best to come home with a victory."
Saint Peter's will continue play at ECACs tomorrow morning.
