NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Saint Peter's men's tennis team competed in the ITA Northeast Indoor Regional Championships at Yale University over the weekend.
In doubles play, Marko Knezevic (Zadar, Croatia/V. Nazor) and Carlos Carrera (Quito, Ecuador/APCH) were defeated University of Pennsylvania opponents by Thomas Spratt and Marshall Sharp.
Carrera did see success in singles play, defeating his opponent Offir Soloman from Fairfield University in the opening round.
In the second round however, Carrera was defeated in straight sets.
