Box Score 1 ORLANDO, Fla. – Saint Peter's lost a pair of softball games at the Rebel Games on Tuesday. The Peacocks (2-15) fell 3-0 to Robert Morris and 5-0 to Eastern Illinois on the day.
Lee Harrison (Las Vegas, Nev./Coronado) recorded a hit in both games for Saint Peter's while Francesca D'Amato (Lyndhurst, N.J./Immaculate Conception) and Sierra Parker (Chino Hills, Calif./Caldwell College) each posted a hit against the Colonials.
In the opener, Robert Morris scored a run in the second and two runs in the fifth to come away with a 3-0 victory.
D'Amato singled up the middle in the fourth with one out, but fly out and a ground out ended the threat.
In the fifth, Michelle Tinajero (Elmwood Park, Ill./Elmwood Park) walked to lead off the stanza and moved to second and third on sacrifice bunts, but a groundout got Robert Morris out of the jam.
Harrison singled through the left side to lead off the sixth and moved to second on a sacrifice bunt, but a pair of foul outs halted the scoring threat.
In the final inning, Parker singled through the right side with two outs and moved to second when Taylor Corretjer (Theills, N.Y./North Rockland) walked, but a groundout ended the game.
Erica Colon (Fairview, N.J./High Tech) took the loss in the opener.
Eastern Illinois won the second game of the day thanks to two runs in the first, one in the fourth and two in the seventh.
Harrison broke up the perfect game with a base hit with two outs in the fourth, but was left stranded.
