BOSTON, Ma.- The Saint Peter's University indoor track and field teams concluded the indoor season this weekend at the ECACs and IC4As.
The men finished in 24th with 10 points (IC4As), while the women finished in 36th with 8 points (ECACs).
Isaiah Harris (Orange, N.J./Immaculate Conception) and Kevin Persson (Mt. Olive, N.J./Kean University) led the men, with fourth place finishes in their respective events to record 5 points each.
Harris competed in the Triple Jump and scored with a mark of 14.92m, while Persson crossed the finish line in the 500m with a time of 1:03.26.
Lance Weaver- 1,000m (Piscataway, N.J./Piscataway High School), Jamel Presley- 60m Dash/60m Hurdles (Rochester, N.Y./Rahway High School, Wellington Brown- Long Jump (Union, N.J./Union High School), Ieshawn Johnson- Weight Throw (Freeport, N.Y./Baldwin High School) and the 4x400m Relay Team of Persson, Tevin Cunningham (North Bergen, N.J./North Bergen High School), Steve Ferville (Union, N.J./Union High School), Jarrek Babb (Baldwin, N.Y./Baldwin) all competed at IC4As as well.
Harris also competed in the High Jump.
Shona Potrzuski (Pitman, N.J./Pitman High School) scored five points for the women, finishing in fourth in the 500m Run with a time of 1:13.71, while Jamelia Johnson (Nutley, N.J./Passaic County Tech) scored three with a sixth place finish in the Triple Jump (12.09m).
Regina Raglan- Weight Throw (New Rochelle, N.Y./New Rochelle High School), Cherrice Brown- Weight Throw (Bay Shore, N.Y./Bay Shore), Renee Brzyski- 60m Hurdles (Princeton, N.J./Montgomery HS), Morgan McLaughlin- 60m Hurdles (Dunellen, N.J./Union Catholic Regional High School) and the 4x400 Relay Team of Latasha Green (Queens, N.Y./Jamaica High School), Monika Miazga (Clifton, N.J./Clifton High School), Johnson and Potrzuski all competed at ECACs as well.
The Peacocks commence the outdoor season on March 16th at the Ram Invite in Richmond, Va.
