POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.- The Saint Peter's University women's tennis team was defeated, 7-0, by Marist College in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play on Tuesday.
The Peacocks fell at every doubles and singles match, but opened up the day with competitive play in doubles action.
Alexandra Livingston and Joniesa Williams fell 8-6 at #1 doubles to the team of Carly Pang and Joana Sun. Ivana Grbelga and Adina Halagian-Ungurean lost by an idential score of 8-6 at #2 doubles as well.
Saint Peter's lost in straight sets in every singles match.
The Peacocks will play in their last match of the year this Saturday at Loyola.
