Box Score JERSEY CITY, N.J.- Saint Peter's University Head Coach Sean Cashman has announced the addition of one final non-conference contest against in-state rival, Rutgers University.
The single game will be played next Tuesday, May 7th, at 1pm at Bainton Field in Piscataway, N.J.
Rutgers sits at 20-24 on the year and 8-7 in Big East Conference play. The Scarlet Knights will take on the University of Connecticut this weekend for a three-game league series before hosting the Peacocks on Tuesday.
Saint Peter's will host Marist College this weekend for a three-game Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference series before taking the quick trip to Piscataway on Tuesday.
