NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Saint Peter's women's tennis team competed in the USTA/ITA Northeast Regionals hosted by Yale University on Saturday.
Adina Ungurean-Halagian (Bucharest, Romania/Schiller International School) and Lucia Radovic (Zadar, Crotia/Skola Primientiene Umietnosti Dizajna) represented Saint Peter's in doubles competition against Alexandra Ion and Lina Qostal of the University of Pennsylvania.
The tandem of Halagian and Radovic was defeated by their Ivy League opponents, 8-2.
Later in the day, Halagian competed in singles play against Ryan Brown of Bryant University. Brown defeated Halagian in straight sets, 6-2, 7-5.
