JERSEY CITY, N.J. – Saint Peter's women's tennis head coach Mike Scolamieri has announced his 2015 spring schedule. The schedule highlights 11 matches played inside the Yanitelli Bubble.
The team opens up the spring campaign with three consecutive home meets, beginning with Providence on Jan. 24. They will host Rhode Island on Feb. 7, followed by La Salle on Feb. 14.
Saint Peter's will travel to Newark on Feb. 15 for a crosstown meeting against NJIT. The team returns to the Yanitelli Bubble on Feb. 20, where they will begin a six-match home stand beginning with Fordham. The Peacocks will host Lafayette on Feb. 26 before opening MAAC play on Feb. 28 against Fairfield.
The squad returns to action on Mar. 20 with a match against LIU Brooklyn. Saint Peter's resumes conference play on Mar. 22 to take on Niagara. The team wraps up its home stand on Mar. 25 against Queens (N.Y.).
The Peacocks will travel to New York on Mar. 28 for a matchup with Hofstra. Saint Peter's home finale will be on Mar. 29 against Manhattan.
Saint Peter's concludes the regular season on the road, beginning with an appearance at the National Tennis Center on Apr. 1. The Peacocks return to the Garden State on Apr. 8 for a matchup against Fairleigh Dickinson.
The team wraps up the regular season with a pair of MAAC contests. The Peacocks will play Siena on Apr. 11 and Marist on Apr. 12.
The 2015 MAAC Championships will be held on Apr. 25-26 in West Windsor, N.J.
