BALTIMORE, MD – The Saint Peter's swimming and diving teams completed competition in the Hounds Invitational at Loyola University, MD, over the weekend.
"The Peacock men and woman had a strong showing at the Loyola Invitational meet," said head coach Mark Kretzer. "We knew going in that the competition was going to be tough, but the main goal of this meet for us was to get them into as many races as possible to put them to the test similar to what they might see at the MAAC Championships in February. Having the other three teams performing at their best, and our team remaining competitive in many races, it gave the men and woman on our roster confidence that we can go into the end of our season ready to fight. We are a team built for end of the season success, and we are starting to get excited to see what the next two months will bring for us."
