STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Nkeka Pinheiro (Ajax, Ontario/Ajax) finished second in the 200-meter dash to pace three Saint Peter's track and field athletes at the Fastrack National Invitational on Friday.
Pinheiro won her heat and placed second overall with a time of 25.68 in the 200-meter dash college division.
On the men's side, Nkosi Pile (Atlanta, Ga./The Church Farm) won his heat and finished fourth overall in the 200-meter dash college division with a time of 22.39 while Dexter Valley (West Orange, N.J./West Orange) was second in his heat and eighth overall with a time of 22.43 in the same event.
Saint Peter's returns to action on Saturday at the Brother Jaspers Invitational.
