REVISED 2016 SCHEDULE
JERSEY CITY, N.J. – Saint Peter's University softball head coach Ken Passante has announced changes to the schedule. The Peacocks have moved two doubleheaders and rescheduled three conference doubleheaders that were postponed due to inclement weather.
The Saint Peter's doubleheader against Fairfield, originally scheduled for April 2, has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Jaroschak Field.
The matchup against Rider, originally scheduled for April 3, has been moved to Tuesday, April 26 at 2:30 p.m. in Lawrenceville, N.J. In addition the twinbill against Iona, originally slated for April 9, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 27 at 2 p.m. in New Rochelle, N.Y.
To accommodate these changes, Saint Peter's has moved non-conference doubleheaders against Stony Brook and Hofstra. The twinbill at Stony Brook, originally scheduled for April 27, has been moved to Sunday, May 1 at 12 p.m. while the doubleheader at Hofstra, originally scheduled for April 21, will now be played on Tuesday, May 3 starting at 5 p.m.
Tuesday's doubleheader against Army is the only postponed date without a makeup date at this juncture.
Saint Peter's returns to action on Thursday at home against Columbia. First pitch is 2 p.m.
