Coach's Quotes - Mark Kretzer:
  • "I am extremely excited about our 2018-19 schedule. We open our season up with a new relay only competition out at Lafayette College, and having it be an unscored, exhibition type contest, it allows me to experiment with some of the events for our swimmers to see who is ready for what events the following week."
  • "Our official season opens up at NJIT, with LIU Brooklyn, Mount Saint Mary's, and Manhattan attending as well. NJIT has a strong men's team that consistently poses a tremendous challenge for our men's side. On the women's side, all three opponents will give tremendous competition to our growing women's squad."
  • "In November, we have our home opener the first weekend against Saint Francis Brooklyn, followed by a new meet for our program, heading out to the US Merchant Marine Academy Invitational. This one day invitational meet will be a target meet for our entire team to post some season best times for the first semester."
  • "We finish off the first semester with another home competition against Pace University on December 8th. Pace also has consistently given both our men's and women's teams tough competition in recent years."
  • "Second semester, we have a loaded schedule with dual meets against Fairfield, Wagner, Lafayette, and Siena on the road, with our lone home competition coming Saturday January 19th against Monmouth and LIU  Brooklyn. This home meet will be special for our team as we plan to recognize Mental Health Awareness as well as it being our Senior Recognition Day."
  • "Our men's and women's team will wrap up the regular season with a local dual meet against Seton Hall. I am excited to re-start this annual competition for our squad, as it exposes our men and women to a really strong program that will hopefully motivate us to achieve new heights."
  • "We finish our season up with the MAAC Championships from February 12th-16th at Erie Community College in Buffalo NY.  This meet will hopefully showcase all of the hard work our athletes put in this season, and I am excited for them to accomplish their team goals."
