2019 Schedule
JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The Saint Peter's University cross country programs have finalized their 2019 schedules, as announced by head coach John Marshall.
The Peacocks will gear up for six races this fall, starting on Saturday, Sept. 21 at the 25th Annual Henry Mercer Invitational hosted by Monmouth University in nearby Holmdel, New Jersey.
Two weekends later, the teams will make the short trek to Branch Brook Park in Newark for the NJIT Highlander Cross Country Challenge. The Peacocks then will face a six-day turnaround and head across the Hudson for the Metropolitan Championship hosted by Manhattan College on Friday, Oct. 11.
As the calendar turns to November, the Peacocks will gear up for the first of three potential postseason races starting with the 2019 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship. The league championship will be held back at Holmdel Park on Saturday, Nov. 2.
Saint Peter's will aim to send qualifiers to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship on Friday, Nov. 15, as well as the IC4A/ECAC Championships the following Saturday (Nov. 23) to round out the campaign.
