EDISON, N.J. (March 15, 2022) - Saint Peter's University softball junior Kristen Brennan has been named MAAC Pitcher of the Week.
Brennan appeared in two games for the Peacocks and earned a win while only allowing a single run over 10.0 innings of work. Across the 10.0 innings on the week, Brennan gave up just four hits and earned the win in the contest against South Carolina State on March 8. This season, the Staten Island, N.Y., native has a 2.25 ERA and has eight strikeouts.
Brennan and the Peacocks have now reached ten total wins this season in just 16 games, marking the best start for SPU since starting 9-3 in 2006.
