PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Saint Peter's University baseball team lost to Rutgers 17-1 Wednesday afternoon. Sophomore outfielder Collin Jensen went 3-3 at the plate in the contest.

How It Happened
- The Peacocks scored first, as junior infielder Sam Haney hit an RBI single in the top of the first to score junior outfielder Nick Markantonatos.
- Rutgers answered with two runs in the bottom half of the inning.
- The Scarlet Knights scored eight in the second and two in the third to extend their lead.
- Rutgers scored three more runs in the fifth and one in both the seventh and eighth innings.
