Adia Ledbetter returns to her alma mater as the Field Coach for the Saint Peter’s University Track & Field programs, joining the staff ahead of the 2026 outdoor season.
During her high school career from 2011-2015 at Roselle Catholic High School, Ledbetter was a multi-time State, Group, and County Champion and remains the holder of three school throwing records. She qualified for both the Eastern States Championships and New Balance Nationals twice.
Ledbetter continued her throwing career collegiately at Saint Peter’s from 2015–2019. During her time, she earned a third-place finish in the shot put at the 2016 MAAC Outdoor Championships, ranking fourth overall in the conference. She also competed at the USATF Club National Championships in 2016. Ledbetter graduated in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
Following her collegiate career, Ledbetter returned to Roselle Catholic, where she began her coaching career as an assistant coach during the 2020-21 season before being promoted to Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach, a position she held from 2021-2025. During her tenure, she coached six National qualifiers, developed one State Champion, and guided athletes to break seven school records.
