QUEENS, N.Y. – The Saint Peters men's tennis team completed its final day at the Hofstra Invitational on Saturday.
In the doubles semifinal matchup in the "B" bracket, Carlos Carrera and Daniil Ivanov won their match against Alex Felisa and Jose Morales, 8-6. The tandem lost in the championship round to Ari Richman and Beau Wills of Hofstra, 8-7 (2).
Ivanov dropped his consolation singles contest against Brian Power, 8-3.
The squad returns to action on Sept. 28, when the team travels to Staten Island to take on non-conference foe against Wagner. Opening serve is slated for 1:00 p.m.
