BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Saint Peter's swimming and diving used strong relay performances and multi-win days in individual races from
Yanis Benadouda and
Natalie Davis to produce a successful meet at Saint Francis Brooklyn.
Both the men's and women's teams earned victories over Manhattan, achieving the first Saint Peter's dual wins for new Peacocks head coach Chris Cipolla.

Top Performances
- The women's 200-yard medley relay set the tone for Saint Peter's, as a team of Natalie Davis, Devyn Hantgin, Noelle Sprenkle, and Efrat Marom won the race by nearly two seconds with a time of 2:09.95. This same quartet also took second place in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
- The Peacocks capped the meet with a win in the men's 200-yard freestyle relay, as Luke Cillie, David Dolgitzer, Oleksiy Polishchuk, and Yann Le Gall bested second place by nearly three seconds thanks to a time of 1:26.78.
- Sophomore Yanis Benadouda won two races -- taking the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:42.68 and topping the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:55.60.
- Senior Natalie Davis won two individual races along with a first place and second place finish in the relays. She took the top spot in the 100-yard backstroke by more than two seconds, touching the wall at 59.89. She also tied for first in the 50-yard freestyle, finishing in 25.58.
- Graduate swimmer Rachel Valentine won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:56.22.
- Alongside her success in the relays, senior Devyn Hantgin was the winner of the 200-yard individual medley and finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke.
- Senior Ethan Riozzi-Bodine won the 100-yard butterfly by more than a second, finishing with a time of 54.91.
- Junior Luke Cillie bettered his season-opener time in the 100-yard freestyle by nearly a second to win the race for the second consecutive meet, touching the wall at 47.29. He took second place in the 100-yard backstroke, finishing just two-hundredths of a second behind first with a time of 53.77.
- Oleksiy Polishchuk won the 100-yard breaststroke (58.19) and was part of a Peacock sweep of the top three in the 200-yard individual medley, earning second place alongside winner Benadouda and third-place finisher JT Funari.
