The Saint Peter's University softball team makes its return to Poughkeepsie this week for another twin bill at Marist on Tuesday, May 4.
First pitch for both games is set for 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
The Peacocks recently hosted Niagara for their final home series of 2021, playing four games against the Purple Eagles from May 1-2.
The visitors came away with the sweep in the series, as Saint Peter's finished its tough stretch of playing 14 games in 10 days.

History with the Red Foxes:

The two sides will take the field for the 52nd meeting in the all-time series in the 2 p.m. matchup on Tuesday.
Saint Peter's and Marist met on the diamond for a doubleheader earlier this season on April 30, as the hosts secured the sweep on the day.
The first game ended in a 7-3 decision for the Red Foxes, while the hosts took a 12-2 win through six innings in the day's second affair.
Saint Peter's will still be looking for its first win in Poughkeepsie since defeating Marist with a pair of 5-0 decisions at Gartland Athletic Field on April 18, 2004.

The Peacocks will travel to hOURglass rival Rider on Wednesday, May 5 to finish out the regular season with a doubleheader against the Broncs in Lawrenceville. The games are scheduled to start at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
