Jersey City, N.J.- The Saint Peter's University Swimming and Diving team hosted Manhattan College and the College of Staten Island for a dual meet at the Eugene and Teresa Imperatore Swimming and Diving Center.
Meet Notes
- Saint Peter's men's swimming team defeated Manhattan and the College of Staten Island, respectively.
- Saint Peter's outscored Manhattan, 177-69. In the head-to-head match up with the College of Staten Island, Saint Peters won by a score of 170-114.
- In the women's meet, Saint Peter's lost both head-to-head competitions to Manhattan and the College of Staten Island. Manhattan College defeated Saint Peter's, 147-52. The College of Staten Island outscored Saint Peter's, 141-68.
- On the men's side, Saint Peter's won the team 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:38:75.
- Saint Peter's came in second place in the men's 200-yard freestyle relay with a 1:30:30 time. In that relay heat, Saint Peter's B relay team posted a time of 1:35:35, which resulted in a fourth-place finish.
- In the women's 1,000-yard freestyle, Cassidy Mulligan swam a time of 11:59:11, which was a second-place finish.
- Erin Dall'Agnol was the top finisher in the women's 100-yard breaststroke. She outpaced the competition with a 1:08:23 time.
- Francesca Solano Vargas came in second in the women's 100-yard backstroke.
- Ashton Smith won the men's 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:43:96. Emil Gunnarsson finished second in the same heat.
- Tristan Raso was a first-place finisher in the men's 200-yard butterfly heat.
