JERSEY CITY, NJ. - The Saint Peter's Volleyball team had four student-athletes named to the 2023 Academic All-District Volleyball Team selected by College Sports Communicators.
SPU's Elena Bilhartz, Skylee Nelson, Lilly Konrad, and Mackenzie Tucker were named to the 2023 CSC Academic All-District Team. In November, this group was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
The eligibility requirements for CSC Academic-All District are that student-athletes must be a sophomore or older and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Additionally, the student-athletes must compete in 90% of the institution's sets played or start in at least 66% of the institution's total matches.
The 2023 Academic All-District® Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early January.
