Jersey City, N.J.- The Saint Peter's University Swimming & Diving team hosted the Long Island University Sharks at the Eugene and Teresa Imperatore Swimming & Diving Center on Saturday.
Meet Notes
- The men's side fell to the LIU, 101-50.
- For the women's team, the Peacocks lost to the Sharks by a score of 166-33.
- Austin Arnold came out on top in the men's 1,650-yard freestyle heat.
- Emil Gunnarsson won the men's 100-yard butterfly heat for Saint Peter's.
- In the men's 200-yard freestyle heat, Gunnarsson was the second-place finisher.
- The women's 100-yard breaststroke heat was won by Erin Dall'Agnol. She had a finals time of 1:10.30.
- This was the second consecutive season LIU and Saint Peter's met.
- Last season, the Peacocks traveled to LIU in October 2022.
