Baltimore, Md.- Saint Peter's Swimming & Diving competed in a double dual meet against University of Maryland, Baltimore County and Virginia Military Institute.
Saint Peter's Men's Swimming & Diving lost to UMBC, 239-54. Women's Swimming & Diving lost to UMBC by a score of 237-56.
In the Women's 1,000-Yard Freestyle,
Maddie McKinney placed second in the heat with an 11:08.58 official time.
Juan Nunez had a third-place finish in the Men's 1,000-Yard Freestyle with a final time of 9:58.47. Saint Peter's sophomore
Victor Fuentes placed second in the Men's 100-Yard Breaststroke heat. Fuentes swam a final time of 59.76 seconds.
Aleksa Vujosevic came up just short of a top-three placement in the speed race of the Men's 50-Yard Freestyle. Vujosevic finished less than one second behind UMBC's Ryan Harding, who won the heat.
Saint Peter's had success in the Women's 200-Yard Backstroke with two of the three top three finishers in the Women's 200-Yard Backstroke with second-place Francesca Solano-Vargas and third-place
Makayla Noe.
