JERSEY CITY, N.J.- Saint Peter's University Director of Athletics
Katie Arcuri has announced the hiring of
Colin Wagner as Assistant Athletics Director for Strategic Communications effective immediately.
Wagner comes to Jersey City after working in the University of Colorado Boulder athletics communications for three years. While in Boulder, he served as the secondary contact for XC/TF in 2023-24 and volleyball/lacrosse in 2024. Wagner also served as served as the secondary contact for women's basketball during the Sweet 16 run in 2024 and was part of the Buffs media team in Albany to help with media operations for the game vs. Iowa.
As part of his role with the Buffs, he wrote previews, recaps and features after interviewing athletes and coaches, recorded stats on NCAA Live Stats and StatCrew for basketball, volleyball and soccer and created and edited graphics through Adobe Creative Suite programs
Wagner earned his bachelor's degree from Colorado in Journalism with a minor in Sports Media in 2023.
