JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Saint Peter's University Director of Athletics Katie Arcuri has announced the hiring of Karlie Doyle as the department's new Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance.
Doyle joins the Peacocks with solid Division I compliance experience, most recently serving as the Director of Compliance and Sport Administration for the Metro Conference (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), a position she has held since January 2025.

"Karlie brings a strong combination of campus and conference-level compliance experience, along with a clear understanding of the increasingly complex landscape of Division I athletics. We are thrilled to have her joining the Peacock family."
In her role with the conference office, Doyle served as a compliance contact and resource for 13 Division I institutions, providing rules interpretations and guidance to campus compliance staff. She also oversaw the submission, approval and denial of medical hardship and absence waivers, while supporting student-athlete development and conference governance. Additionally, Doyle served as a Sport Administrator and Championship Director for four sports, overseeing championship operations, budgets and staffing while working closely with head coaches and institutional administrators.
Prior to her time with the Metro, Doyle spent nearly two years at Syracuse as an Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance. She served as the secondary compliance contact for football and the primary compliance contact for seven Division I sports, providing rules education, recruiting oversight, eligibility monitoring and NCAA guidance. Doyle also managed initial eligibility for Olympic sports and handled NCAA waiver submissions, securing approvals for multiple legislative relief, medical hardship and extensions of eligibility requests.
Doyle began her compliance career as an Athletics Compliance Intern at Monmouth, where she evaluated transcripts, researched and interpreted NCAA bylaws and assisted with compliance operations.
A graduate of Drexel University's Kline School of Law, Doyle earned a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in NCAA Compliance and Sport Law in 2022. She also holds a B.S. in Sport Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she was a four-year member of the cheerleading team and a representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
