RIVERDALE, NY– After about a month off from competition, the Saint Peter's swimming and diving programs open the 2026 calendar year Saturday, January 10, traveling to Riverdale to face Manhattan in a dual meet at the Jeffrey H. Loria Family Aquatic Center at Horace Mann School.
The Peacocks are coming off a strong showing from WPI's Gompei Invitational, where the programs combined for a third-place finish. Saint Peter's collected 35 total medals and stood out as the only program at the meet to set a pool record, along with two meet records over the three-day competition.
Several Peacocks saw themselves on the podium, led by
Paige Austin-Burrows, who totaled 10 medals and set three school records.
Juan Nunez followed with nine medals, including four individual golds, and posted a personal or season best in every race he competed in. His performance earned him MAAC Male Swimmer of the Week honors.
