EDISON, N.J.- The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) announced that five Saint Peter's Swimming & Diving student-athletes made the conference's All-Academic team.
The MAAC's requirements for eligibility for the all-academic team include completing two semesters at the institution and holding a 3.20 cumulative grade point average. The five student-athletes selected were
Ivan Anzarski,
Cassidy Mulligan,
Tristan Raso,
Ashton Smith and
Francesca Vargas.
Mulligan and Smith were the two seniors on the list and Anzarski, Raso, and Solano Vargas represented Saint Peter's sophomore class. This news followed the overall team's selection to the CSCAA 2024 Fall Scholar All-Academic.
This positive academic news sets up a four-day showdown at the MAAC Championships in Geneva, Ohio. The conference championships begin on Wednesday, Feb. 12.
