JERSEY CITY, N.J.- Saint Peter's University Women's Swimming & Diving hosted Siena College on Saturday in the final meet of the regular season.
The Peacocks fell short by a score of 158-66. Despite the loss, Saint Peter's had a few standout individual performances. Freshman
Maddie McKinney claimed the top spot in the women's 500-yard freestyle race. McKinney's time in that race was 5:18.53 and she scored nine points for the Peacocks.
Sophie Doran scored a first-place finish in the women's 50-yard butterfly event with a time of 28.55. On Saturday, the Peacocks competed for all 12 events and capped off the regular season with a determined effort.
This was Saint Peter's last meet of the season before the 2025 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championships in Geneva, Ohio.
