LEXINGTON, KY–Saint Peter's track and field sprinter Cashieve Blair is set to compete in the East First Round of the 2026 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the UK Track & Field Complex at the University of Kentucky, May 27-30.

Blair is the first Peacock in five years to qualify for NCAA Regionals and currently ranks as high as sixth nationally and fifth in the East Region in the 200m.

Action begins Wednesday, with field events opening at 10 a.m. and track events beginning at 6 p.m. with the men's 110m hurdles first round. The men's 200m first round is scheduled for 8:45 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Cashieve Blair delivered one of the most dominant performances in conference history at the 2026 MAAC Outdoor Championships, capturing two gold medals, breaking two championship records and two school records, and earning MAAC Male Most Outstanding Performer for Track Events honors.

Blair opened the meet with gold in the 400m finals in record-breaking fashion, lowering his own school record while shattering an 11-year-old MAAC Championship record with a time of 45.85–nearly a full second ahead of the field.

He followed with a second individual title in the 200m, breaking a 19-year-old MAAC Championship record while lowering his own school record for the third time this season in 20.34.
