Dmitri Pelts enters his eighth season on Julian Richen's coaching staff in 2018-19. 

During his time, Pelts worked in the Department of Athletics as its Academic Graduate Assistant where he advises and monitors student-athletes' academic progression towards their degree and academic eligibility as outlined by Saint Peter's and the NCAA.

Before coaching at Saint Peter's, he played on the Saint Peter's men's soccer team from 2008-11, where he was apart of the 2010 MAAC Championship team. During his time, he was named All-MAAC second team in 2008-09 and was named to the All-MAAC Academic team in 2008-10. Before Saint Peter's, Pelts played a year of soccer at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Pelts also played on the Israel National U-17 and U-19 soccer teams.

Pelts currently attends Saint Peter's University, where he is pursuing his Master's Degree in Health Care Management. He received his Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Saint Peter's University.
