Stella Accettola enters her first year as the digital media & communications graduate assistant for Saint Peter’s Athletics in 2026. Her responsibilities include being the primary media contact for women’s soccer and men’s golf while also assisting with baseball coverage.

Accettola returns to the Peacocks after graduating magna cum laude from Saint Peter’s in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing management while double majoring in communications. She is currently pursuing an accelerated MBA degree in business analytics. A former Division I women’s soccer student-athlete at Saint Peter’s, Accettola was named the 2026 Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year and earned MAAC All-Academic Team recognition three times during her collegiate career.

Prior to joining the athletic communications staff, Accettola served as a marketing promotions intern with Saint Peter’s Athletics, where she assisted with marketing initiatives for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, baseball and softball. She has additional experience as a news assistant with Slice of Culture, where she wrote weekly news roundups covering local news, politics, pop culture and sports. She has also worked as an academic tutor at Saint Peter’s, assisting students in areas including sports management, marketing and public relations.
