Outdoor Track & Field Results from the METS

The Peacocks traveled to Piscataway, NJ for the METS hosted by Rutgers

PISCATAWAY, NJ - The Saint Peter's men's and women's outdoor track and field teams completed the METS on Friday and Saturday.

On Friday:
For The Women:

Iria Paz placed third in the women's 200 meter dash heptathlon with a final time of 29.03.
Shanique Davis placed fifth in the women's 200 meter dash heptathlon with a final time of 30.64.
Paz placed fourth with a time of 21.01 and Davis placed fifth with a time of 21.40 for the women in the 100 meter hurdles heptathlon.
For the women's high jump, Paz placed fourth finishing at 1.35m.
Davis placed fourth at 8.41 meters and Paz placed fifth with 7.65 meters for the women shot put heptathlon.

For The Men:

Joe Egri finished fourth for the men's pole vault, finishing at 4.20m.
Douglas Nover finished 10th in the men's 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:47.26.
Daniel Lodato placed 15th in the men's javelin throw at 35.83m.
Frankie Fernando placed 16th at 14.48 for the men in the javelin throw.

On Saturday:
For The Women:

Paz placed fourth in the women's heptathlon, finishing with a total of five points.
Davis finished fifth for the women's heptathlon, totaling four points.
The Peacocks placed sixth in the women's 4x100 meter relay with a time of 49.12.
Adia Ledbetter placed 14th in the women's shot put with a final distance of 11.13m.
Ledbetter placed 18th in the women's discus throw finishing at 32.16m.
Britany Maragh finished 11th in the women's high jump at 1.40m.
Avosuahi Albert finished the women's 200 meter dash finishing 13th with a time of 26.18.
Ohunene Albert placed 15th for the women's 100 meter dash with a time of 12.77.
Suzenie St. Germain completed the women's 100 meter hurdles finishing fifth with a time of 15.55.
Overall the women placed ninth totaling 23 points.

For The Men:

Joe Egri finished fourth in the men's pole vault, finishing at 4.10.
Rayshawn Johnson finished fourth with a time of 15.46 and Mark Soliman placed fifth with a time of 15.63 in the men's 110 meter hurdles.
The men placed seventh in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 43.08.
Soliman finished in 11th in the 400 meter hurdles with a final time of 1:04.86.
Zy'mir Gettis completed the men's long jump finishing in 13th with a tie of 6.14m.
Daniel Lodato placed 15th in the men's javelin throw at 35.83m.
Michael Spark finished 11th in the men's discus throw, finishing at 39.70.
Daniel Jn-Baptiste finished 13th in the 100 meter dash with a final time of 11.16.
Douglas Nover finished the steeplechase in 10th place with a time of 11:49.55.
The men's team placed ninth totaling 23 points.
