Outdoor Track & Field Has Strong Showing at the Brick City Track & Field Classic

The Peacocks co-hosted the Brick City Track and Field Classic

JERSEY CITY, NJ - The Saint Peter's men's and women's outdoor track & field teams hosted its first home meet and had its best outing of the season at the Brick City Track and Field Classic on Senior Day.

For The Women:

For the women's 400 meter Avosuahi Albert finished first with a time of 58.38.
Daija King finished second in the 400 meter with a final time of 58.85.
Suzenie St. Germain finished first for the women's 100 hurdles with a time of 15.31.
Avosuahi Albert, Victoria St. John, Suzenie St. Germain, and Ohunene Albert placed first for the women's 4x100 relay with a combined time of 49.14.
Shanique Davis, Daija King, Iria Paz, and Lovely Francois finished third for the 4x100 relay with a time of 52.71.
Ayanna Patterson placed first in women's shot put with a distance of 10.15m.
Avosuahi Albert placed second for the women's 100 meter with a time of 12.52.
Avosuahi Albert completed the women's 200 meter finishing in third with a time of 26.03.
Ohunene Albert finished fifth in the same event, 200 meter, with a time of 26.47.
Grace Proctor placed fourth in the women's 1500 meter with a time of 5:26.88.
Iria Paz finished the women's long jump in fourth with a time of 4.89m.
Adia Ledbetter placed second in women's discus with a distance of 35.89m.

For The Men:

Daniel Jn-Baptiste, Rayshawn Johnson, Shaka Shomari, and Brandon Campbell finished first for the men's 4x100 relays with a combined time of 43.02.
Michael Spark finished first for the men's discus with a final distance of 45.56m.
Spark completed the men's javelin finishing first with a distance of 44.00m.
For the same event, men's 4x100 relays, Alex Daoud, Cedric Martin, Zy'mir Gettis, and Ed Collins finished third with a combined time of 45.32.
Brandon Campbell placed second for the men's 100 meter event with a final time of 11.13.
Daniel Jn-Baptiste finished fourth in the men's 100 meter trailing Campbell at 11.31.
Shaka Shomari completed the men's 200 meter in second place finishing at 22.37.
Jn-Baptiste finished eighth in the 200 meter event with a time of 23.21.
Rayshawn Johnson placed second in the men's 400 meter finishing at 50.86.
Johnson finished third in the men's 110 hurdles with a time of 15.49.
Mark Soliman finished right after him in the men's 110 hurdles with time of 15.63.
Ed Collins placed third for the men's long jump with a distance of 6.23m.
Michael Spark completed the men's shot put in second place with a distance of 11.98m.
