Peacocks set to host Gaels in final regular season home game of 2020-21

For Starters:

The Saint Peter's University women's soccer team prepares for its final regular season home match on Friday, April 2 as the team gets set to welcome Iona in a 1 p.m. start.
The contest will serve as Saint Peter's annual Senior Day game, where the program will recognize seniors Nazae Craw and Victoria Scarratt.
It will also be the second straight home tilt for the team, having recently hosted Siena on March 30.
The Peacocks ultimately fell to the Saints in a 4-1 decision in their exchange, but freshman defender Jazmin Brown was able to notch her first career goal in the 88th minute off an assist from junior captain Stephanie Radakovic.

Series with the Gaels:

Saint Peter's will look to get one back over its MAAC foes from New Rochelle on Friday, as the Peacocks enter the game trailing 9-17-2 all-time against the Gaels.
Last year's game on Oct. 12, 2019 proved to be a battle between the two sides, with neither team conceding a goal until Iona capitalized on a penalty kick at the 69' mark, which would lead to its 1-0 victory in New York.
The Peacocks' last win over the Gaels came in Jersey City on Oct. 20, 2018, when the team secured a 2-1 victory at home.
Prior to the 2018 win, the last Saint Peter's victory over Iona also took place in Jersey City, when the Peacocks took a 2-0 decision on Oct. 14, 2011.

The Peacocks will travel to hOURglass rival Rider for the conclusion of the 2020-21 regular season on Tuesday, April 6 in a 7 p.m. kick-off.
