For Starters:
- The Saint Peter's University softball team will make its first business trip of the season on Saturday as the squad heads north to Loudonville, New York for a series at Siena.
- The series against the Saints was originally supposed to take place in Jersey City from April 17-18, but has been adjusted as a result of a shift within Saint Peter's schedule.
- This weekend will feature a pair of doubleheaders spanning from April 11-12, with Saturday's games taking place at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., while Sunday's contests will be played at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
- Saint Peter's is coming off a 10-day pause following its season-opening doubleheader against Manhattan on Saturday, March 27. The Jaspers took the win both games by scores of 2-0 and 8-4.
- The first installment of the doubleheader against Manhattan featured a 12 inning pitching duel in which junior pitcher Sydney Senerchia threw an incredible 123 pitches through 11 innings while only conceding five hits and two walks.
- The North Branford native held the Jaspers scoreless during her time on the mound and tacked on six strikeouts in the outing.

- The Peacocks and the Saints have shared a tight history in the all-time series, as Saint Peter's enters this weekend with a 26-28 overall record against their conference foes from Loudonville.
- Saint Peter's will be seeking its first win over Siena since its 9-3 non-conference victory over the Saints on December 10, 2014 as a part of the Rebel Games Tournament in Winter Haven, Florida.
- The team's last conference win in the series came on April 19, 2009, when the Peacocks secured a 6-3 win at home in the first game of the day's doubleheader.
