- After falling in Game 1 of the Iona series, the Peacocks came back to win the next two games to win their second series of the season and their first in conference action.

- Sophomore pitcher Matthew Dubois and senior pitcher Michael Bonaccorso each picked up wins.
- Graduate infielder Chris Marquart had the bat working for the Peacocks, racking up four RBIs and three hits in the two wins over the Gaels.
Battle
- Saint Peter's has not defeated Fairfield since 2013.
- Fairfield last played Manhattan in MAAC play, whom they swept in three games. The Peacocks went 1-2 against the Jaspers earlier in the season.
