NEW YORK, NY. - The Saint Peter's Track & Field team competed in the 2024 MAAC Indoor Championships at the Armory over the weekend.
The Men's 4X400 Meter Relay team of Delano Gooden, Clardo Nestor, Cashieve Blair, and Connor Ziolkowski won the event in 3:16.60
Abigail Vital placed third in the Women's 200-Meter Dash. The SPU junior finished the race in 25.31. The Women's 4X400 Meter relay team of Vital,
Diamond McLaughlin,
Alexus Smith, and
Mikayla Surles completed the race in second at 3:59:06.
Delano Gooden placed fourth in the Men's 60 Meter Dash (6.91).
Cashieve Blair finished the Men's 200 Meter Dash in third (21.71), and
Clardo Nestor placed third in the Men's 800 Meter Run (1:53:09). Saint Peter's had two top-five finishes in the Men's Long jump.
Amari Campbell placed fourth (7.16) followed by
Cristian Armstrong in fifth (6.77).
