NEW YORK, NEW YORK. - The Saint Peter's Track & Field team competed in the Metropolitan Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at Icahn Stadium on Randall's Island in Manhattan on Saturday, April 6.
The Peacocks won both hurdles events on the women's side. Abigail Vital won the Women's 100m Hurdles event (14.97) and Diamond McLaughlin finished the Women's 400M Hurdles in first place with a time of 1:06.48. Ciara Brown took third in the Shot Put Finals. Shanelle Vilson
On the men's side, the meet was highlighted by Oluwamumisorire Amori. Amori won the Long Jump (6.76M) and the Triple Jump (13.55M). Clardo Nestor finished the Men's 500M event in 1:56.97 (fifth). Additionally, Judeson Mirac took fourth place in the Men's 100M Finals at 10.97. Men's Saint Peter's freshman Connor Ziolkowski placed fourth in the Men's 400m Hurdles (57.88).
