BETHLEHEM, P.A.- The Peacocks (1-10) are heading to Legacy Park to face Lehigh University (3-9) for a one-game turnaround on Wednesday, March 11th at 3 p.m. EST. Then they are heading to Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for a three-game series against Marist (2-11), starting on Friday, March 13th, at 3 p.m.
ABOUT THE MOUNTAIN HAWKS
Saint Peter's looks to bounce back from their 4-8 loss against NJIT on Sunday, while the Mountain Hawks look to come back from their 0-10 loss against Davidson College, continuing their three-game losing streak.
This would be the first time these teams have met since last April, when the Peacocks pulled through with an 8-5 win over Lehigh. In total, the Hawks hold a 15-6 advantage over Saint Peter's since April 7th, 2015.
After their trip to Bethlehem, P.A., SPU heads to Heritage Financial Park for their three-game series versus Marist.
ABOUT THE RED FOXES
Marist looks to continue its winning streak against the Peacocks after its match-up with St. John's University on Wednesday.
The last time the Peacocks faced the Red Foxes was on April 13, 2025, resulting in a 10-4 defeat for the Peacocks. Overall, Marist holds 60 wins over Saint Peter's going back to May 3rd, 1995.
With players RJ Azarieh, who had two RBIs and a home run to, along with James Ellis, who is in the top ten list for pitching in the MAAC with an era of 2.86, these players performed and created momentum to help SPU get a win over NJIT in extra innings last Saturday.
Saint Peter's would need both of these players to show out this week to change the narrative for these upcoming games starting on Wednesday.
