URBANA, MD. - The Saint Peter's men's golf team has completed the second and final day of the Carpetbagger Classic at Worthington Manor Golf Club in Urbana, Maryland.
The Peacocks finished the tournament 14th place, however the major highlight was the amazing performance of
Christopher Hannan who had a great first day and now an even better second day. Hannan finishes the tournament with a round score of 71, going under par for the first time in his college career. His performance on the back nine was spectacular, scoring 33 which was not only three under par, Hannan also knocked in four birdies in the nine hole stretch. In total, Hannan earned himself six birdie holes and six holes where he scored par, earning a 15th place finish and scoring the best on the Peacocks for the tournament.
Another solid performance as well for the Peacocks comes from
Jack Hennelly who finished 52nd overall after a solid day one and continued to stay strong in day two. Hennelly finished the day scoring 74 for the round, going two over par. The remarkable consistency done by Hennelly is shown by going on 10 consecutive holes scoring par.

The Peacocks will return to the tee box at the Battle at Rum Pointe on Friday, Mar. 27 for Day One and Saturday, Mar. 28 for Day Two.
