JERSEY CITY, N.J. - The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its 2025-26 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Rolls on Tuesday afternoon with Saint Peter's ranking 14th nationally in Division I women's basketball. The Peacocks led the Metro Conference with an impressive 3.741 GPA.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes women's basketball teams across six divisions that post the highest combined grade-point averages among all student-athletes on their rosters throughout the academic year. To be eligible for consideration, teams must achieve a combined GPA of 3.0 or higher, and the team's head coach must be a WBCA member and nominate the program for recognition.

Saint Peter's was one of two Metro teams to earn a place on the Top 25 list as Fairfield came in at 19th with a combined GPA of 3.698. Five additional Metro institutions received special mention for their academic accomplishments. Iona posted a 3.574 GPA, followed by Marist at 3.572, Manhattan at 3.506, Sacred Heart at 3.421 and Rider at 3.259.
