STONY BROOK, N.Y. - The Peacocks (2-2-2) tie with nonconference opponent Stony Brook (1-0-5) on Saturday afternoon.
The Peacocks would have a strong attack with 13 shots, with Davis Barnes and Leo Coval carrying the offense.
FIRST HALF-
The Peacocks would set the tone early with a shot that would go out left, followed by another shot with both coming from Coval in the13th minute.
Stony Brook would see the back of the net early in the 22nd minute following a corner.
Barnes would add another shot that would go bottom center that would be saved by the Seawolves; he would then get another shot off that would go bottom left.
SECOND HALF-
The Peacocks would start the second half with a strong attack, with De Elias shooting at goal that would go top right, followed by an offside call that would hit SPU early in the 50th minute.
Coval would go on to get two more shots off, with one of them going top right in the 61st minute.
The Peacocks would even the odds as Coval would slot it home with an assist from De Elias late in the 70th minute.
Toby Smith would attempt to help Saint Peter's take the lead with a shot that would go out top, which would end the match at 1-1.
