Seven Student-Athletes Named to 2021-22 Women's Basketball All-Academic Team

EDISON, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has unveiled its 2021-22 Women's Basketball All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office on Wednesday. Seven student-athletes from the Saint Peter's University women's basketball program were honored. 

Four upperclassmen were honored, which include graduate Kendrea Williams, along with seniors Tyara McQueen, Binta Salawu, and Nickelle O'Neil. Three sophomores were also recognized, which include Taylor Abraham, Victoria Ikenasio, and Rachel Kuhl. They have been recognized among the 76 total student athletes league-wide for their contributions in the classroom and on the field. 

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
