HACKENSACK, NJ. - The Saint Peter's track & field team competed at Statis Arena in a dual meet against FDU Saturday.

In the men's long jump, Amari Campbell took first place with a score of 6.48. Temiloluwa Adesetan finished the event in third (6.25). SPU freshman Lorretta Owoh won the women's long jump with a score of 5.32. In the women's shot put (4KG), SPU's Ciara Brown took second with a distance of 11.89 and Kennedy Vaughn took third at 10.19.
SPU senior Abigail Vital won the women's 60-meter. She completed the race in 7.22. In the Men's 500-meter final Ryan Fernandes finished the race in second place (1:09.38). Connor Ziolkowski won the men's 300-meter in 36.90. Malique Jackson followed in second place at 37.73. Diamond McLaughlin won the women's 300-meter in 42.40.
The Saint Peter's track & field team will have some time off before its next meet of the indoor season. The Peacocks travel to the 168th Street Armory in New York, NY for the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational on Jan. 18.
